Nissan Philippines Inc (NPI) is getting ready to electrify the 8th Philippine International Motor Show this week. The Japanese automaker is set to show its latest models at the World Trade Center.

Nissan has been quite busy the past year unveiling key new models and promoting the benefits of electrified powertrains.

As such, don’t miss your chance to witness the electrifying capabilities of the Nissan LEAF and its V2L technology in an outdoor display. V2L is short for Vehicle-to-Load. Unique to the Nissan LEAF is it’s capability to serve as a mobile source of power, capable of powering appliances, emergency equipment, or something as simple as charging your mobile phone — handy features when in a blackout or in an emergency.

See the gateway to an electrified future with the all-new Kicks e-POWER, its instant power, exceptional fuel efficiency, quiet, and relaxing drive.

First revealed back in August, the B-segment crossover is Nissan’s affordable hybrid that delivers an EV-like driving experience without the range anxiety associated with fully-electric cars. Thanks to its 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine, the vehicle’s battery pack can easily be charged on demand. This powers the electric motor that drives the front wheels of the Kicks – providing instantaneous torque and acceleration electric vehicles are known for. Like electric cars, it also provides a quieter drive and can also regain power from systems like regenerative braking.

This Kicks is also a great every day vehicle with features like a touchscreen infotainment complete with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, leather Zero Gravity seats, USB charging ports for the rear passengers, and keyless entry with an engine start/stop button.

It also comes with the Intelligent Mobility suite which includes smart safety systems like an intelligent around-view monitor (IVM) with moving object detection (MOD), intelligent forward collision warning (IFCW), intelligent emergency braking (IEB), and driver attention alert (DAA). The Kicks e-Power starts at P1.209 million and visitors to PIMS will get to see the car up close and even test drive the vehicle to experience its benefits.

Finally, Nissan will also bring its brand new family vehicle, the all-new Livina. After making its official debut, the all-new Livina will be present at PIMS 2022. This seven-seater MPV boasts of a modern look, , spacious cabin, and a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that can be mated to either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic.

It also comes with Nissan Intelligent Mobility features and is available in four distinct variants with plenty of amenities. These include a touchscreen infotainment system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls, leather or fabric seats, a color LCD multi-info display, and rear aircon vents. The Livina starts at P1.029 million and can be viewed or test driven at the PIMS event.
