Honor X40i has silently slipped into the Chinese smartphone market starting today with a plethora of new features. The successor of the X30i comes with features like a dual rear-camera setup, MediaTek chipset, massive battery, improved performance, and a lot more among others. The Honor X40i is launched in China in three storage variants and the base model with 8GB + 128GB is up for grabs at CNY 1,599 (approx. Rs 19,000) while the 8GB +256GB model comes with a price tag of CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs 21,350). The top-end model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage will cost CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs 23,700).

As per the official announcement, the handset will be available for sale in Black, Green, Rose, and Silver colour options from July 22.
Honor X40i Specifications And Features
Honor X40i flaunts a 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPS LCD display with a center drilled punch-hole cutout design to accommodate the selfies camera sensor. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, clubbed with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The handset also comes with a RAM expansion feature which allows users to utilize up to 5GB of storage from internal storage to use as virtual RAM.
As far as cameras are concerned, the Honor X40i sports a dual-camera setup with the combination of a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor along with an LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel camera sensor that sits underneath the punch-hole cutout design for selfies and video calls.
