TFT 12.18 patch notes have been released today by Riot Games, confirming all the latest changes coming to the game after the scheduled League of Legends server maintenance planned for this week.
The new update arrives as part of a new content drop for the game, with the Secrets of the Shallows event kicking off after the latest patch has been downloaded and installed.
But before all this can arrive on September 21, Teamfight Tactics gamers will have to sit through some short server maintenance, scheduled to last several hours.
As confirmed by Riot Games this week, League of Legends maintenance on NA servers will begin at 3am PDT for three hours and are scheduled to go back online at 6am PDT. The same situation will be in place for EU servers but scheduled at different times.
A message from Riot explains: “Starting at 21/09/2022 03:30 BST Ranked Queues will be disabled in preparation for patch 12.18. At 21/09/2022 05:00 BST the servers will be shut down, and all games currently in progress will end in a draw, and stats will not be recorded. We estimate the battlegrounds will be unavailable for 3 hours.”
After this period, Riot Games will release TFT Patch 12.18 on September 21, although no set schedule has been provided for exactly when this will happen.
